| The Bass |
This is a handsome structure with a wide ramp and space for three boats. |
Posts divide Boor plan into three storage sections, support roof and separate the three overhead doors. |
THE BASS—A well-lighted shelter for three boats, whose low lines provide for complete harmony with the surrounding shoreline. Space is ample to provide dead storage for one broad-beamed craft such as a sailboat, and two smaller craft. Multiple windows at the roof line also aid ventilation.
The ramp extends the full width of the structure to permit any of the three boats to be moved. Extension of the roof line protects the doors, and adds a touch of modern to the design. Posts divide the storage area into three parts, and eliminate the necessity for lengthy or elaborate trusses to support the roof. Can be built of a variety of materials.
